Believe In The Future

Believe You Can, And You Will
I have to say, the best part of my life is that I'm a believer.  I can honestly say, that not everything I have tried to manifest has happened, but I keep that truth in my mind and heart, so I know it will occur.
In fact recently I was talking to a patient of mine, who I've gotten to know over the years, and I said out loud, with such certainty, that Yes!  I am a believer and I dream big.  I felt no doubt and no shame for saying this.  It was almost like this came from a belief of mine.  Not one from my past, but one from my future.
Now this may sound weird.  How can your beliefs come from your future?  Beliefs are merely a set of seemingly die hard and very personal so called truths that we hold near, whether they are good or bad.  A belief is what keeps us going or holds us back.  Often, most of us hold the belief that we are not good enough and not lovable enough.  Most of us developed this as children when our parents, for whatever reason, led us to develop those beliefs.
It is often these false beliefs that keep us from manifesting our dreams and moving forward.  Ask yourself right now "Do I deserve a great relationship?", or "Do I deserve to be wealthy and prosperous?".  If you dig deep and feel your body sensations when you say or think this, I bet you would come up with resistance and often an uncomfortable feeling in your body.  This belief is what keeps you from being happy.
So perhaps, there is a way to develop a belief through visualizations or intentions.  I for one read and feed my mind positive information constantly.  I also limit who I share my visions with so no nay sayers can knock me off course.  Then I write, meditate, and use affirmations throughout my house to keep these dreams alive.
This isn't new stuff.  In fact there are loads of books and examples of people out there who are doing this.  One of my favorite books on this subject is the infamous "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill.  Written in 1937, he uses lots of examples of men who struck it rich just because they believed they could.  It's very inspirational, and I left feeling energized and pumped up about my future.
So try it out.  Commit to something you desire, and use your imagination to help you see what it would be like to be there.  Write about it, do vision boards, affirmations, and say it out loud.  This way of thinking will not only bring what you so desire, but it will make you happy now!  I can find no better way of living.  And when you start to believe in the magic of the Universe, then your beliefs can grow from the future and not the past.
I have found more and more magic occur in my life, so now I believe so much so, that I truly am  living "as if" my dreams have happened.  They will happen, I know.  For now, instead of waiting, I'm living with emotions that make my days magnificent now.
